Hello

My name is Cathy Rubiños

I have a PH.D in Sustainability and a Master in Sustainability Sciences from Arizona State University (ASU) and a Bachelor in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. I completed complementary studies in environmental topics at University St Gallen, Latin American and Caribbean Environmental Economics Program (LACEEP), Cambridge University, University of Cordoba, Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, United Nations Organization (UN) and EU-CAN Cooperation.

Currently I use a multi-method approach in research for the governance of robust (sustainable) Socio-ecological Systems for the Center of Behavior, Institutions and Environment, ASU. 

I was Assistant of the Trade Negotiations Area and, later on, I became head of the Economic Studies Department at the Exporters Association (ADEX). I have also contributed to the Center for Behavior, Institutions and the Environment at Arizona State University (ASU), as a Graduate Research Associate. In parallel, I have conducted several studies for World Wildlife Fund (WWF)-Peru, Grütter Consulting-Switzerland, the Regional Government of Loreto, among others.
